Policy: Since City Star provides confidential and personal service, all personal items forgotten in our vehicles during your trip will be returned.
NOTE: Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the trip or if a passenger fails to appear at the pick-up site, the client will incur a full 100% charge on their credit card
